NNL Architecture
where design and budgets come together
NNL-Architecture is a national full service Architecture, Interior Design, and Owner Representation firm doing business throughout the United States. We design, manage and administrate projects from conception to completion. We specialize in wellness – whether it is a facility that provides wellness like a recreation center or spa, or wellness by creating a sustainable and healthy building for its occupants. We appreciate our clients needs and budgets and work closely to create innovative design solutions that are successful for both the client, the users and the environment.
We try to reduce our impact on the environment, bringing more wellness for the planet. We do this through adaptive re-use, right sizing a building, reducing energy consumption through heating and lighting fixtures, or considering sustainable principles during design.
We believe in creating unique facilities for our clients, their users and the public that not only function as required, but also challenges the user to interact with their built environment as an extension of their purpose, something that stands the test of time. Our designs are not only unique but functional and operate with the owner’s bottom line in mind. We create buildings that last, and provide the best value for our clients.
People We Appreciate
Acting on the client’s behalf we offer in-house support while providing the cost benefit and flexibility of an outsourced consultant. We listen, we understand and implement the client’s needs, and as a team achieve great success.
