NNL Architecture’s core principle is Wellness. We help our clients and users develop wellness through the highest quality recreation centers and wellness facilities. We provide wellness to all occupants through smart and sustainable buildings practices, and we improve the wellness of the planet through making the best of the buildings we already have with adaptive reuse, remodels and upgrades.

NNL Architectures has completed a variety of health and wellness facilities in New York, Massachusetts, Miami, New Jersey, Washington D.C, Colorado and California.

Interiors

Revitalizing the interiors of a building can transform an existing space, bringing in new life and vitality to an existing building. NNL provides full service interior design including furniture and fitness layouts, and keeps up with the latest in sustainable practices and material trends.

Spas

Spas are a place to relax, to heal and to let go of the stress of our daily life. Our designs reflect this through space planning, material selection, lighting and interior design. We offer a holistic approach to our wellness facilities, and work with our clients in establishing brand and design standards, while still bringing that soft and healing approach to the facility.

Retail

Retail is a constantly evolving model, made even more challenging in the last few years. We collaborate with our clients to understand the market and demographic, to make a responsive and adaptable retail space.

Industrial

We understand that some buildings are all about function. When Erin Lucero led CDOT’s building group, she built maintenance facilities across Colorado – balancing budget, functionality, longevity and site concerns to make an affordable and long lasting building. A building that could stand the test of time, was energy efficient and could meet the evolving needs of the maintenance and operations of the users.

Institutional

Institutional work must stand the test of time. Governmental facilities are designed to be 50 year buildings, and need to hold up to heavy use and changing aesthetics. NNL has worked on several institutional facilities, in the capacity as NNL and while working for HDR and CDOT. We understand what is needed to make a long lasting building, one that meets LEED or other sustainable standards, and that will grow with its users.
